Privacy and data requests
AcreHuddle helps people coordinate work on shared properties. This page explains the information the app uses and how to contact us about it.
Information you provide
We use your email address and profile name for sign-in, invitations, and member identification. Properties may contain boundaries, locations, photos, plans, field logs, tasks, notes, and other records you and your group choose to add. Other members of a property can see shared property records according to their access role.
How the app uses information
Account and property records support the features you use, including shared planning, invitations, and field records. AcreHuddle uses Firebase services for authentication, database storage, and photo storage. We also use product usage analytics to understand which workflows are used; our event definitions exclude property names, precise coordinates, notes, photos, and email addresses.
Your requests
You can request account deletion in the iPhone app or in website settings. The request goes to our team for manual processing. For a copy of your data or help with a request, email support@acrehuddle.com. Shared property records may involve other members; we will explain the scope before removing shared information.
